Westjet Fall and Winter Seat Sale
Right now until September 3rd, 2008 at Westjet you’ll be saving some money on flights. Travel on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from September 3rd till December 16th and you’ll save on flights to Canada and the US.
The best part of the seat sale is the prices on trips to Vegas. It’s currently $84 from Calgary to Las Vegas. This is an INCREDIBLE price and possibly the best price I’ve ever seen for a trip to Las Vegas! If you’re considering going then that’s definitely worth taking a look at.

National Rentals Double Airmiles Coupon
Right now at National Rental Car you can get Double the airmiles when booking a car rental. At the time of reservation quote the coupon number NB5213JSX.
This valid is good until September 30th, 2008. You can book your car rental by going to the National Rental Car website.
Although this is an airmiles deal I’ve noticed that booking your car rental through Expedia or Travelocity can actually save you quite a bit of money. I highly recommend checking those two places in addition to the National website.
Westjet Airmiles Bonus Offer Code
Thanks to Chris who sent me an email about this deal.
Now through October 12th, 2008 you can collect double airmiles reward miles on Westjet. Simply enter coupon offer code WS737Y9U. I’m also unsure of when the your travel must be completed but I’d assume it’d be around the end of October (just a guess). You need to enter this code when you’re entering your airmiles collector number on the payment page.
This has been confirmed and works works! Thanks to everyone who has used the code and let others know it works!
Get 50 Airmiles for Free at HBC!
Here is another great little tip to get 50 free airmiles from your HBC reward points.
If you haven’t already simply sign-up to automatically move your HBC reward points to airmiles now’s the time to do it. If you setup automatic redemption before August 31st, 2008 you’ll get 50 free airmiles! That’s a great deal! To setup automatic redemption simply click on this link here.

I highly suggest grabbing a flyer when entering the door. Then while you shop you can find any other deals that are good airmiles-to-dollar ratios.

Here is a great tip that a lot of people don’t know or use very often.
This week in the Safeway email (which you should have signed up for the free 100 airmiles) there is a coupon for gift cards.
The coupon states spend $50 on gift cards and you’ll get 25 airmiles. This is a REALLY easy way to collect airmiles quickly. Airmiles-to-dollar ratio of $2 (rather then the usual $20 or zero at most of these gift card stores).
If you’re planning on buying something big at one of the gift card stores it’s worth stopping at Safeway a couple of times beforehand. You can only use the coupon once per visit, however, you’ll EASILY be able to collect a bunch of airmiles quickly!
