As the site gains popularity so does the number of questions, which I'm totally thankful for. However, instead of having you wait for my response here I've created this list of Frequency Asked Questions. If I've missed something please send me an email or leave a comment. I'll do my best to get back to you quickly. The questions are written in bold.

The site seems out of date. Please update it.

Actually, the site is very much up to date. You've probably found an old post. If I updated or deleted these old posts then you would never find the site so they actually have to stay. To see the most recent deals click on the HOME link or similarly search for the topic of interest. Occasionally, I go for a holiday and don't have internet access and therefore can't update with a post.

How many airmiles do I need for a flight from X to Y?

To tell you the truth I don't know. Again, this is a personal blog and not the actual airmiles site. If you want to find out how many airmiles is required the best way is to follow the instructions on this post here.

How do I redeem my airmiles?

Easy! Call 1-888-Airmiles or order the item online at airmiles.ca. I wrote a post all about redeeming your airmiles here.

Can I buy gift certificates?

Yes. Airmiles for gift certificates are very popular. Again, redeem your airmiles this way or find out the airmiles to gift certificate ratio here. Be warned that some gift certificates will give you a much better airmiles-to-dollar ratio.

Which Airmiles Credit Card do you recommend?

I recommend the NO FEE American Express® AIR MILES Credit Card - A FAST and EASY way to collect AIR MILES reward miles. You'll get 1 airmile for every $20 spent.

Which Annual Fee Credit Card should I be using?

I like the The American Express AIR MILES Platinum Credit Card. Apply Today. You'll get 1 airmile for every $15 spent plus some other great bonuses. You can read my post about it here.

Which stores can I collect airmiles with?

Lots. The major ones which you'll probably collect at most often include Westjet, Safeway, Budget-Rent-A-Car, Rona, Boston Pizza, etc. However, there are plenty of stores where you can collect airmiles.

How do I contact you about a question or comment?

Simply use the 'Talk to me' area of this site and I'll receive an email. I try to respond to all questions and comments within 3 days. If I haven't responded I may have missed it (or it wasn't sent) please try again.

I saw a great airmiles deal that wasn't on the website. What's the deal?

As this is a personal blog I can't dedicate every waking hour to the site. I try to post most of the deals that I see but sometimes I miss one or don't have time to list it. You can always fire me off an email and let me know about the deal.

I saw a great airmiles deal that wasn't on the website and I'd like to share it with everyone. How can I do that?

Easy. Simply tell me about it here.

Why did you create this site?

I created the site for two reasons because I love traveling and wanted to share with everyone what I had learned about the airmiles program.
