So if shopping tomorrow at Safeway, and I bought items that had the airmiles, and the airmiles total came to 115. So being a tuesday, I can get 10x the airmiles on tuesday, so it will be 1150?

No the 10X is for the base offer only 1 mile for $20

The bonus offers are not part of the 10X. So most people just take the 10% off your bill.

min $35+ So if you spend $36 before tax you will get 10 airmiles

That’s absolutely correct Tyinyvr. You only get 10times the base miles. I prefer to save the 10% and collect a bunch of airmiles cheap by using the deals above!

I still don’t get it…I see it now after this months purchases I obviously don’t get 10x my total air miles, where I thougth I’d be getting 2000….so how did they figure out that I got 135 air miles on Customer Appreciation Day? What did they multipy my total airmiles by, or the total spent on air miles products?

Andrea, you get the 10x the BASE airmiles not the total airmiles. SO if you spend $100 you get 5 BASE airmiles times 10 which gives you 50 airmiles.

I just got my airmiles updated…will be hopefully travelling on my airmiles, by retirement LOL …but I noticed they skipped out on two items..which would of been 20 airmiles. And of course I don’t have the reciept, but I know I bought it, it’s still in my cubboard. What happens in that kind of situation?

Hi Joanna, I’m not sure if you can actually do anything about that. You could ‘try’ talking to customer service but without the receipt I don’t know if you have much to go on. How unfortunate!
