This is a FANTASTIC promotion and if you live anywhere near this Safeway you should consider going. In fact, it's worth the drive if you live anywhere in Vancouver to get these airmiles.

My wife Ruth Saxvik had a Safeway airmiles card for many years and I as her husband used my phone number for airmile points when shopping at Safeway. Unfortunately my wife Ruth Saxvik died July 21, 2009 and I do not have her old Safeway Airmiles card. I have continued to shop at Safeway and the Safeway receipt note my wife’s name and the number 5860 at bottom of every receipt.
I did call Safeway today (1800-7623-3929) and they changed the airmile designation to my name, Per Saxvik. From the person I talked to I learned that the number 5860 are the last four numbers of the old Airmils card of my wife Ruth.
Please inform me of the full number of Ruth’s airmile card.
I assume that I will be able to use all airmile points collected in the past by Ruth as well as myself, using my phone number instead of the old airmiles card. Your response to my questions will be appreciated.
