I am having the same problem with it not adding my searches. It’s now been stuck at 120 for 2 days. This happens regularly. Previously it would start again after a while but not include the searches done while it wasn’t adding them up. It was at 113 then after 7 searches it stopped at 120.

I need information reguarding, 2 people booking from 2 different cities to share hotel with airmiles. Jo is in Calgary, AB and I am in Vancouver, BC. We need accomodation in Las Vegas for DECEMBER 25th 2010 to January 02, 2011.

I have been using this toolbar for about 4 months now and have not received any air miles for my searches. What’s that about?

I’m in the same boat. My toolbar counter stopped counting in mid-September and has not recorded a single search since then. I searched their FAQs but could find nothing on the subject. Ah well …. it was good while it lasted.

Hi Everyone. I don’t really know what is going on. Hopefully they’ll fix this soon. The best thing to do if you’ve had this is to contact Airmiles directly at 1888airmiles or airmiles.ca.

Up until June 1st I was receiving airmiles every month. However, since then, although it was recorded on the toolbar that I have accumulated 30 Reward miles for the months of June, July and August, I have not received them. Please explain. Thank you.
