How to Get a New Airmiles Card
BE SURE TO CHECK THE DATE OF THE COUPON/POST - Old posts are NOT removed as they must remain in-order for you to find this site and the most recent deals.I've had quite a few questions as of late about how to get a new airmiles card. So I figured it was probably just easier to make a post about this and then hopefully people will be able to find the answer this way. I've also created a Frequency Asked Questions (FAQ) section for the site so if you have any FAQ that you think should be included then send me an email.
Two ways of getting your new airmiles card whether lost, stolen or damaged.
- Call airmiles at 1-888-AIRMILES (1-888-247-6453)
- Go to airmiles.ca. Click on "Your Account" (sign-in) to your account. Under Your Collector Card you'll see a link for "Order New or Replacement Cards"
That's it. Your card should take approximately two weeks to arrive. In the mean time you can just print off (or copy down) the number of you card and tell the person to simply type the number rather then swiping the card!

Why don’t you have online provinions to obtain replacement cards.I don’t know my card No.(I doubt anybody does) nor can I find any of my A.M.summaries,so I can’t sign in.You can’t be oblivious to all the people trying to call and not able to connect.Please correct this oversight!

I lost my air miles card over a year ago. I would like to have a new one. there were alot of points on my card.will i get them back with a new card.
I have been a card member for a few years now. It has been misplaced. I would love to get a new one.
I need to say though, even when I had one I used it often and every time I checked my account it was completely wrong in the points count.
I just got an email telling me how many points I have and it said a big fat ZERO. That can not be right.

my air miles card is expired ,never got a new one ,phoned several times ,was told i would recieve a new one ,never did,,what happens to the airmiles that people have when they are told that they are no longer any good .places where a airmiles card can be used will still take the card although its expired
I have been a collector since 04/97 and my card is badly cracked and chipped. It is in danger of falling apart and I am requesting a new one. I have not received a report lately on how many points I have received although I have used it when I gas my car and other purchases.
I lost my card years ago… after a few years of never being able to connect to Airmiles personnel I just tried to apply for a brand new number. Now your online enrolement form does not recognize my address for some reason. This is insane. PLEASE send me a new airmiles card. I don’t know the PIN and I don’t know the number and I am certainly not going to get a new address just so that it seems recognizable to your computer. What is the method behind this madness?
judging by all the complaints from people and not getting a response makes you wonder who is behind the helm of airmiles and can they handle the volume of requests .I to just want a new card and can’t get through.Is this just a scam or what prove it to these consumers.
I have requested a replacement card several times online and have never received one. So that method doesn’t work, at least not for me.

People, you cant order new cards through this website! He/she is not an official airmiles representative! If you just press numbers when they ask for your airmiles number, it will give you an error message like “we’re sorry but airmiles doesnt use an automated messaging service… Please wait and youll be connected to a customer representative.” then theres a vouce that tells you that their goal is to answer your call in ___ minutes. Mine says 28 minutes. Its basically always longer though.

My airmiles card expired in 93..how do i find out how much points or miles I have in there..or is it no good?
Maybe you should tell people to press the pound (#) key if they want to talk to someone live!!??! I stumbled upon this in my frustration.
