How to Get a New Airmiles Card
I've had quite a few questions as of late about how to get a new airmiles card. So I figured it was probably just easier to make a post about this and then hopefully people will be able to find the answer this way. I'm also in the process of creating a Frequency Asked Questions (FAQ) section for the site so if you have any FAQ that you think should be included then send me an email.
Two ways of getting your new airmiles card whether lost, stolen or damaged.
- Call airmiles at 1800-AIRMILES
- Go to airmiles.ca. Click on "Your Account" (sign-in) to your account. Under Your Collector Card you'll see a link for "Order New or Replacement Cards"
That's it. Your card should take approximately two weeks to arrive. In the mean time you can just print off (or copy down) the number of you card and tell the person to simply type the number rather then swiping the card!
