Get 2500 airmiles when buying a house!
I just received an email from a realtor in Toronto with Century 21. As we know, Century 21 is associated with the airmiles program. You can collect airmiles at a rate of 1 for every $500 you spend in property value when buying a house (up to a max of 1500 airmiles).
Well, Elan Weintraub is having a special right now that if you buy a house through him you'll get an extra 2500 airmiles!
That means if you buy a house worth $750,000 you can get 4000 airmiles! That's a LOT of airmiles on something you wouldn't normally collect points. AND you're not paying any extra fees for these airmiles!
